How to make a booking ?
- Please fill the reservation form available on each hotel or services.
- Try to describe us your special request on the "description" box available on the form.
- Please recheck your email address before submitting your request.
- How long does it take to get the reply ?
- We will reply all your request / reservations within one business day or we will let you know should we need more time to answer your inquiry.
- How to pay the hotel reservation ?
- We will need at least two nights deposit to be transferred to our bank account or your credit card details to protect the confirmed reservation.
- Your credit card will be used as a guarantee ONLY and will be charged if there is any cancellation within certain period of cancellation policy.
- The rest of payment has to be settled upon your arrival in Bali , either cash or by credit card.
- The reservation for beyond Bali will be treated using the sign on file payment from your credit card or full prepayment by bank transfer prior to arrival.
- A credit card statement form will be faxed to your fax number.
- We do accept cash / travelers cheque / Visa / Master Card / Amex
- An addtitional bank charge of 3% will be applied for any payment by credit card.
- Transaction by credit card can be at USD or converted into local currency using the bank rate
- What does include in the special internet rates ?.
- Special internet rates are including 21% government tax and service charges.
- Breakfast is included in some hotels (refer to confirmation).
- Free pick up or drop to to the airport will be available based on our confirmation
- How to cancel the reservation ?
- Please send us an email to cancel the booking. A cancellation fee may be applied refer to the hote's booking policy.
